Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days — $9.99

Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days — $19.99

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — $29.99

Free standard shipping on all orders over $199!

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Due to the size and weight of our kitchen appliances, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged during transit, or significantly delayed, please contact us at cottolio.official@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order (address, items, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
