Frequently Asked Questions

Why Aren’t the Buttons Responding?

Your fingers may be wet or oily. Dry and clean your hands, then try again.

Why Is White Smoke Coming From My Air Fryer?

White smoke may occur when you cook greasy ingredients. Excess oil can collect in the basket and produce white smoke when heated. This does not affect the appliance or the cooking result.

White smoke can also be caused by grease residue from previous use. Clean the basket thoroughly after each use to prevent grease from heating and producing smoke.

Why Won’t My Air Fryer Turn On?

1. Your air fryer is not plugged in.
Make sure the power plug is securely connected to a grounded wall outlet.

2. The basket is not fully inserted.
Push the basket fully into the appliance before starting a cooking cycle.

3. Overheat protection has been activated.
Turn off your air fryer and allow it to cool down before trying again. If the issue continues after it has cooled, please contact Customer Support.

What Should I Do if the “E3” Error Code Appears?

The “E3” code indicates that overheat protection has been activated. Turn off and unplug your air fryer, allow it to cool briefly, then plug it back in and switch it on again. If the error code persists, please contact Customer Support.

Why Is the Interior Light Not On?

The interior light turns on only when the upper heating element is operating. At higher temperatures, the upper heating element may cycle on and off intermittently, so the light may not remain on continuously. This is normal.

Why Does My Air Fryer Have an Unusual or Burnt Smell?

Before using your air fryer for the first time, remove and discard all packaging materials, stickers, promotional labels, and tape. Wipe the inside and outside of the main unit with a damp cloth.

Run the empty air fryer for 5–10 minutes before cooking food for the first time. Then add your ingredients and set the desired cooking function.

An unusual smell can also be caused by grease or food residue from previous use. After each use, clean the basket and the interior of the appliance, including the upper mesh area. Turn off and unplug the appliance, and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
